Submission Guidelines:
Submissions must adhere to the provided conference template. Failure to comply may lead to automatic rejection.
Submissions must be original and not concurrently under review elsewhere.
Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. Papers with a high level of plagiarism will be rejected immediately.
Papers that fall out of conference scope will be rejected without revision.
All submissions must be in English. Ensure clarity and coherence in your writing to facilitate the review process.
Include a concise abstract summarizing your work. Add relevant keywords to aid in the review and categorization process.
At least one author per accepted paper must register for the conference.
Include author names, affiliations, and contact details in the final camera-ready version. Clearly designate the corresponding author.
If your submission is accepted, adhere to the guidelines for the presentation format (oral or poster)
All the papers should be submitted only through the CMT submission system. Avoid calling the organizers to consider the paper through emails.
Review Policy:
Papers with high plagiarism will be rejected immediately and will not be considered for further review. Tolerated level of plagiarism using iThenticate is 10%.
Papers which don't fall within the conference scope will be rejected immediately.
All submissions will undergo a single-blind peer-review process. Expect a thorough peer review process by experts in the field. Authors will receive feedback, and revisions may be required.
Only the papers revised within the given deadline will be considered.
Redistribution or reproduction of any part in the paper is prohibited.
Plagiarism Policy
Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. The conference team will be checking the plagiarism level of all the submitted papers for.
